New Proto Update Available
We are writing to let you know that a new Proto Update is now available.
If you have any major events planned, we recommend updating and testing your devices two or more hours before the event to ensure there are no network issues.
No time to update? Offline mode will continue to work and allow you to play previously assigned content on your Epic.

How to Update
Proto Epic: Once the update is available, log into your Cloud account and visit the Devices page. Click the Update button for each device you want to update.
Live Beam Kit: Once the update is available, log into your Live Beam Kit and click the Update Now.
NOTE: The update will take approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on connection speed. Your device will restart once the update is complete.
Live Beam App: Using an iPhone or iPad, go to the App store and search for "Proto Beam" to download.
