What's Included

Proto Cloud Version 0.26.0

  • Playlist Enhancements- Playlists have been improved to allow repeat content. You can also add content directly to a playlist from the Content page.
  • Navigation improvements- Selections and page position are now remembered when navigating between pages.
  • Edit User Name- You can now edit your name in account settings
  • Bug Fixes and Security Enhancements- general bug fixes and account security enhancements to temporarily lock accounts on multiple failed logins

Proto OS Version 0.26.1

  • Echo Cancellation Improvements- Echo cancellation improvements for beaming.
  • Device Update Improvements- Restructuring of device updates
  • Dynamic/Static Network Configurations- You can now use Static or Dynamic IP settings in Network settings on the device
  • New Certifications- New Certifications added to the About Device section in Settings

  • Audio and Airpods Bug Fixes- Bug fixes for Audio and airpods issue while live beaming and recording
  • Return Feed Bug Fixes- Fixes for a bug where the return feed was not loading in certain scenarios.

How to Update


Proto M: If your M device is powered on and connected to the internet for the first time, the update will automatically download after you connect to WiFi. To do so, turn on the device, select a network and enter your WiFi password. 
 
NOTE: Be sure to hit the "eye" icon to show your password and double check for spelling before connecting.
 
If you have connected Proto M to your Proto Cloud account already, simply go to the devices page and click "Update" on the corresponding device or directly from your device.
 
Updating from the device: You can also update from the device settings menu by tapping on the "Settings" gear icon and then tapping "Update Device".
 
Proto Beam App: Visit the App Store to download the latest version of Proto Beam.
