How to Update

ProtoOS Devices: If your Proto OS M or Epic is powered on and connected to the internet for the first time, the update will automatically download after you connect to internet. To do so, follow the onscreen instructions.
 
NOTE: Be sure to hit the "eye" icon to show your password and double check for spelling before connecting.
 
If you have connected Proto OS M or Epic to your Proto Cloud account already, simply go to the devices page and click "Update" on the corresponding device or directly from your device.
 
Updating from the device: You can also update from the device settings menu by tapping on the "Settings" gear icon and then tapping "Update Device".
 
Windows Devices: Windows Epic Devices are no longer receiving updates. If you are interested in upgrading your unit from a Windows device to a ProtoOS device, please contact support@protohologram.com for more information on how to upgrade.
