We would like to inform you about a screen issue that a limited number of our Epic customers have recently encountered. Upon thorough investigation, we have identified that the root cause is related to the power delivery method to the display controller boards. It appears that a component within the power delivery system is not functioning as intended, leading to inconsistent power supply and, in some cases, a complete loss of power to the display which may result in a "black screen".
Our engineering team is already in advanced stages of devising a solution to address this specific component issue.
