You will need to login to your Proto Cloud account, then go to the devices tab on the left. In this page, select the device you want to remove content from and it will open all of the content on that device. From there, you can click the three dots on the piece of content and "Unassign". You can also select as many pieces of content and press the unassign button at the bottom (see pic below).
