Live Beaming
- Download the Proto Studio app (only available on the Apple App Store)
- Required for Live Beaming: iPad with M2 chip for external camera support. You will need a dedicated 15 Mbps upload/download speed for optimal performance.
- The Proto Luma will also need a dedicated 15 Mbps upload/download speed for optimal live beam performance.
- Please run a speed test on the network(s) you plan on using to ensure sufficient bandwidth is provided.
- External camera support on the Proto Studio app can only be used on the iPad with M2 chip or higher. We recommend using a 4K DSLR camera with a Proto recommended capture card for the best image quality.
- Recommended studio setup - Holostudio Pro tutorial videos and diagram.
- If using a 4K DSLR Camera
- You will need a capture card. Proto recommends the following: ElGato 4K X
- iPad Dongle for power and Ethernet similar to the following: USB C HUB
